I will put the recipe here for my future reference.
(A)
150gm butter
100gm margerine
200gm castor sugar
(B)
4 eggs, A grade
1 tsp vanilla essence
(C)
230gm superfine flour
2 tbsp milk powder
1/2 tbsp baking powder
(A) - beat until fluffy. (A) + (B) + (C)
Pour batter into a 8" round cake tin & bake at 180C in a preheated oven for 40 min. Turn off the top heater & continue baking for another 15 ~ 20 min.
